''(Contained)'', A Poem
‘‘(Contained)''
I carry you in my system, (in the veins I have you contained),
Hints of you beguiled me, my heart still in function unable to comprehend
That a vessel in which you are not contained, is utmost estranged.
Here's the armour of body, wearing fidelity,
so remain in my veins, my heart (contained).
This is you, my chosen persona, with whom love can too be obtained.
Remain, contained in my veins, my heart
And do not die out of misery, that which pains our bonds and have them endangered,
If the blood would sneak out of my body nothing of you shall drop,
Heave strong, no less; you and less are not to duel together;
Think the clasp and the clash of hands and the matching of chests—
Nothing fell short of our camaraderie, both in the used moments and those we are bound to waste.
And so moon lightened our west and sun did so in east and no running
In the dark can turn us in haste.
Always stay, contained, (within my confinements),
And in the blurred stances of my cosy thoughts never be disengaged,
Otherwise, morals that hide from mentioning our companionship shall be blamed.
Surfaced is the agony of knowing that my body is not lifeless after all, the existence of a cell duplicating in its shade, while in shade within a shade of shades...
I go about my life, knowing your locations is in my root, without having the urge to feel ashamed,
Why, if thus you were a microbe waving at microscopes and in examination you tend to fade,
And only in me I gather you are not a devastating state,
but a powerful stimulation which ignites in me the wisdom to live, and life in you may be enraged.
Remain contained in me, safe and contained.
Run through me, shy not—
I house you, and no better place should offer my worst and best,
Except that if you remain, contained, you will be the one being in me, with me, through me, (to me).
Leave not your space, celestial beings had us sweetly enchained.
Remain (contained).
